We’re a unique arts and heritage charity bringing the very best of theatre, music, dance, exhibitions, film, and education opportunities to Worthing. Worthing Theatres and Museum connects seven cultural venues at the heart of our town, including four theatres, a cinema, a museum and gallery. Our volunteers work in a variety of roles at the Connaught Theatre, Studio and Cinema, Pavilion Theatre, Assembly Hall and Museum and Gallery.

From welcoming visitors, to running our shops, supporting our marketing team, collecting data, distributing leaflets, or helping curate our museum collections, there's a role to suit everyone. Through our unique 100% project, we also offer the opportunity for volunteers to gain wide-ranging experience and insight into running a thriving arts organisation.
